HOW IT WORKS

What does Full Site Audit check?

When you run /claudeseo audit, ClaudeSEO spawns up to 15 specialist agents in parallel — 8 always run (technical, content, schema, sitemap, performance, visual, geo, sxo) plus up to 7 conditional agents based on site type (local, maps, google, backlinks, cluster, drift, ecommerce). The site is crawled up to 500 pages with 30s timeout per page, respecting robots.txt. Auto-detects site type (SaaS, Local, E-commerce, Publisher, Agency) and picks the conditional specialists that fit. You get a comprehensive 0-100 health score and a prioritized action plan sorted by severity (Critical → Low).

Each category produces a pass/warn/fail status with a score out of 100. Issues are prioritized into 4 severity levels: Critical (fix immediately), High (fix within 1 week), Medium (fix within 1 month), and Low (backlog).

Technical SEO (22%)

Crawlability, indexability, Core Web Vitals (INP), structured data, JS rendering, IndexNow, AI crawler management — 9 categories covered by the seo-technical agent.

Content Quality (23%)

E-E-A-T alignment, thin content detection, readability scoring, keyword optimization, and AI citation readiness per QRG 2025.

Schema Markup

Detects existing schema.org graphs, validates against Google rules, generates missing JSON-LD for Products, Articles, LocalBusiness, VideoObject and more.

Performance (CWV)

LCP, INP, CLS measurement via PageSpeed Insights + CrUX field data. Identifies render-blocking resources and image optimization needs.

AI Search Readiness (10%)

AI crawler access check (7 crawlers in robots.txt), llms.txt validation, passage-level citability scoring, brand mention signals.

On-Page SEO (20%)

Title tags, meta descriptions, heading structure, internal linking gaps, URL structure — 20% of overall weight.

How are issues categorized?

Each category produces its own score out of 100, with a pass/warn/fail status. The overall score is computed from all categories combined. Issues are grouped by severity for clear prioritization.

Up to 7 conditional agents spawn based on site type: local (for local businesses), maps (if DataForSEO available), google (if API keys found), backlinks (if Moz/Bing keys found), cluster (for content strategy signals), drift (if baseline exists), ecommerce (for e-commerce sites).

What does the 0-100 score mean?▼

The health score is a prioritization heuristic across 7 weighted categories: Content Quality (23%), Technical SEO (22%), On-Page SEO (20%), Schema/Structured Data (10%), Performance/CWV (10%), AI Search Readiness (10%), and Images (5%). It helps you triage issues but is not a Google ranking score. The evidence in each category matters more than the aggregate number.

What are the crawl limits?▼

The audit crawls up to 500 pages max, with 30-second timeout per page, 5 concurrent requests, and 1-second delay between requests. It respects robots.txt and follows up to 3 redirect hops.
