What does FLOW Framework check?
FLOW is an evidence-led operating model. The Find stage surfaces content opportunities from query data, intent, and gaps. The Optimize stage selects 2 to 3 of the most relevant of 21 prompts for your draft. The Win stage scores conversion and dual-surface (Search + AI) performance. Run /claudeblog flow for the stage menu, /claudeblog flow prompts for the full 30-prompt index, and /claudeblog flow sync to pull the latest references.
Each stage feeds into the next, creating a complete content production pipeline. The Reviewer scores the final output and ensures it meets the quality gate before delivery.
